When I play rock/paper/scissors, I understand that scissors can beat paper, and I get how rock can beat scissors, but there's no way paper can beat rock. Paper is supposed to magically "wrap around" rock, rendering it immobile? Why can't paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors, why can't paper do this to people? Why aren't sheets of notebook paper constantly suffocating students as they attempt to take notes in class? Or why isn't paper taking over the business world one executive at a time? I'll tell you why -- BECAUSE PAPER CAN'T BEAT ANYBODY! A rock would tear paper up in 2 seconds. When I play rock/paper/scissors, I always choose rock. Then when somebody claims to have beaten me with their paper, I punch them in the face with my already clenched fist and say, "Oh, I'm sorry. I thought paper would protect you."

Weather in 'Beautiful' Colorado
Just wanted to let you all know...
we are just about to leave work and it is currently 2 degrees out... feels like -11
It is BEAUTIFUL Colorado from the warm indoors with hot chocolate in hand
sitting by the roaring fire!!
(can't wait to get home!)
More Snow
Okay I love the snow: snow boarding, building snow forts, snow ball fights, snow cones.....but enough is enough. It wouldn't be so bad if it all fell during the week but it seems to snow every weekend so that we are trapped indoors and then it clears so that we have to go to work on Monday. We have had a few snow days this winter, although they were when we were in Cancun and it was raining. I did really enjoy snow boarding last week end. I would like to do more of that (Amy likes the lodge, I think) It just needs to snow during the week so that I can get more snow days!!
